Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
