Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Bridge Freight is a El Paso logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
