Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Summit Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in El Paso focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
