Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Stone Civic Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving budget submissions. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
