Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Bright Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in El Paso, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
