Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around El Paso, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
