Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lantern Manufacturing Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
