Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Fox Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around El Paso, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
