Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Stone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around El Paso. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
