Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in El Paso. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification.
