Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Rowan Care Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
