Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Quill Legal Group is a El Paso practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
