Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quarry Environmental Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
