Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Cobalt Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Detroit, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
