Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Detroit, MI)

Lumen North Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Detroit and nearby communities, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
