Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Orchard Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification.
