Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Clear Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
