Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Legal Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 534 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving trust accounts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
