Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield Quarry Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Detroit working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
