Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Detroit, MI)

Westbrook Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Detroit region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
