Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Detroit, MI)

Lumen West Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
