Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Detroit, MI)

Bright Corner Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Detroit. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
