Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
