Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Facilities Group is a facilities company in Des Moines with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 410 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
