Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

Northwind Stone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Des Moines presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification.
