Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Forge Energy and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
