Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Des Moines. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
