Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

Amberfield Drift Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Des Moines area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
