Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Summit Juniper Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
