Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Associates is a nonprofit in Des Moines supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
