Rivermark Quill Hospitality Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 805 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
