Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Stone Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Des Moines area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
