Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

Bluepeak Maple Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
