Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vale Housing Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
