Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Forge Health Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
