Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ivory Health and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
