Summit Fox Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 786 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification.
