Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Vale Staffing places workers with employers around Denver. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving timekeeping. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
