Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Denver, CO)

Amberfield Bridge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Denver presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
