Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Denver, CO)

Nova Wilder Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
