Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Denver, CO)

Northwind Fox Pharma develops and makes medicines in Denver, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
