Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lantern Construction Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
