Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Ashton Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Dallas. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 342 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
