Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Willow Construction and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
