Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Juniper Civic Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
