Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Energy Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
