Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Pharma and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
