Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 548 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
