Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Dallas, TX)

Bright Quarry Energy Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
