Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Dallas region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
